Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is becoming a serious problem, choose self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years. Contact the support team via live chat to activate this feature. Promotional communications are also paused during self-exclusion.
Loss Limit
Set in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. As soon as the limit is reached, your account will automatically stop gaming activity and you will receive a notification.
Reality Check
A pop-up will appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours showing the total time, wins, and losses for the current session. You can choose to end the session or continue playing.
