1. Definitions & Introduction

In these terms and conditions, "luckb", "we", "our", or "Platform" refers to the luckb online gaming site, whose domain is luckb.lat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the site.

The name on the account and the name of the payment method owner must be the same. Using another person's payment method for transactions is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for financial transactions on the luckb platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.2 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. luckb will never request a deposit through a third party. Please notify our support team immediately of any suspicious transaction.

Deposited funds are intended for casino or betting use. Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, and in such cases luckb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

luckb offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Details

• Bonus rate: 100% of first deposit
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳8,000
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum of ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games. If an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, football betting, other sports betting, live casino, and slot games are available on the luckb platform. Specific game rules apply to each category.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, luckb reserves the right to void that bet.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• No guaranteed outcome may be claimed by referencing a team name, player name, or match date.

6.2 Game Results

A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all games, which ensures fair play. If a game is interrupted due to a fault in the game provider's software, luckb reserves the right to void that round.

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, it must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Fair Use Policy

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games

• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account suspension and all deposits, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.
